This page describes how Conce Systems s.r.o. ("we") handles personal data on concesystems.com. Product-specific privacy policies live on each product's own site (shifter.cz, eaa-audit.cz).
What we collect on this site
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites. It aggregates page-view counts, referrer, country, and device type. No personal data is collected and no cookie consent is required under EU law.
Contact form. When you write to us through the form on /contact, the name, email, optional company, and message you submit are delivered to our inbox via email. We store these messages in our email provider only as long as needed to respond to you and as required by applicable record-keeping law. We do not use them for marketing.
Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a non-intrusive challenge to confirm you're not a bot. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies.
What we do not collect
No third-party advertising trackers. No social-network embeds. No Google Analytics. No cookies set by this site that would require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. Write to hello@concesystems.com and we'll respond within one month.
